The regeneration operation is to heat the decompresseddry air to a certain regeneration temperature and thus, the regeneration gas can get greater regeneration adsorption ability so as to lessen regeneration gas.

Work principles of the micro-thermal dryers are that one tower is drying by adsorption under the working pressure, while the other correspondent one draws off little compressed air from principal pipeline. And then processed by decompressing and heating this little compressed air, it is micro-thermally regenerated as regeneration gas. Through micro-thermal regeneration treatment, the total water residue in the desiccant is decreased significantly, which improves the processing capacity of the equipment.
